The new Law for Controlling Immigration and Improving Integration reformed the National Asylum Court. The procedure of the judge ruling alone has become the principle, with the same procedural guarantees granted to the appellant, but the collegiate procedure (panel of three judges) is used when the case raises a question that justifies it. In addition, the court has created five territorial chambers to bring the judge closer to the applicant. |
