The Catalogue of External Action Services presents the range of support the Agency could offer to partner third countries in strengthening asylum and reception systems. It serves as a practical, flexible reference tool to guide joint planning and cooperation.

This is 2nd Roadmap for Cooperation between the EUAA and Albania. Main objective: strengthening the asylum and reception systems in line with the Common European Asylum System and EU standards.

The External Cooperation Strategy determines the overall direction, objectives and scope of EUAA actions in the external dimension along two pillars: Third-Country Support and Resettlement and Humanitarian Admission.

The implementation of the EASO-Serbia Roadmap for Cooperation started in October 2020 and will be running for the next 24 months (until September 2022).

The implementation of the EASO-North Macedonia Roadmap for Cooperation started in November 2020 and will be running for the next 24 months (until October 2022).

The implementation of the EASO-Bosnia and Herzegovina Roadmap for Cooperation started in December 2020 and will be running for the next 24 months (until November 2022).

The implementation of EASO-Albania Roadmap for Cooperation started in December 2020 and will be running for the next 24 months (until November 2022).

The Strategy defines the general framework within which the Agency develops its work related to the external dimension of the CEAS. The Strategy aims at providing strategic direction for the Agencys external actions, based on the lessons learnt and taking into account the new EUAA mandate.

Roadmap for Cooperation EASO Directorate General for Migration Management (DGMM), Turkey: The European Asylum Support Office (EASO) and the Turkish Directorate General for Migration Management (DGMM) have been working together on matters related to asylum since 2014.
